Employees are an extension of who we are - a family. As with any family member, our desire is to take care of those who work with us. They know we care about them, their families and our way of life in the United States. We believe taxes should be paid by everyone, not just an ethical minority.

Not just anyone is allowed to be in our family. Character, attitude and skill are the order in which we evaluate our hiring decision. We check them out upon hiring and work with them daily and unlike real family members we get rid of the ones who do not make the grade. The employees who do stack up have been with us for years. People of common goals and aspirations tend to stay together for a long time.

Several contractors may contend subcontractors are the workforce of the future - we hope not! There are many inherent problems - security, protection, safety, training, consistency just to name a few setbacks when hiring contractors who subcontract work out. You, the consumer just do not know if you are allowing a felon, child molester or someone with less than honorable intentions into your home. Sometimes you just have to ask why these subcontractors are under the table.
